Qualifying graduating 2010 seniors or GED students please know of the opportunities for DWC scholarships:

  the Democratic Woman's Club is again giving out
1. one $500 scholarship for college bound graduating seniors for each of the public high schools: Vero Beach High School, Sebastian HIGH school, and Indian River Charter High School.  The deadline for applications will be March 15, 2010.

2. one $500 Vocational scholarship for any graduating senior or GED community student going on for vocational training.  This will be open for all high schools and all GED graduates completing their studies by June 2010.  The deadline for applications will be March 31, 2010.

To apply, please fill out one (college bound or vocational training school) application form and get your guidance counselor or school official to complete the Certification form:
